so is this all the information in the book? cause I literally don't have any money to buy the book despite its low cost. I would really love to support your work but can't do it currently. I'm jobless and living for free at a friend's house while I heal my hernia. I'm living off food stamps to support myself for the time being and I cook and clean my friends house. I really wanna heal my hernia (i've had it for 4 years and it just got worse with time) asap and a job will just get in the way of this process so I'm motivated and dedicated to doing this until I'm healed so I can have my life back. I'm a person who LOVES hiking and being outdoors but this hernia deters me from doing what I love. I never realized how much I love being working out and being active until this happened to me. so yeah that's kinda my story as to why I ask if these videos tell me all I need to know.
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which reduced the viral load initially.
