How I cured my inguinal hernia

How to use this book
There are only two things that need to be done: the first is to identify the best wrap to hold  your hernia in, whatever type it may be (Scrotal / inguinal). Here you can find all the wrap systems that are in this book. The wraps can be used for both males and females.

The bandage
A rigid cotton bandage (4 meters in length and 4.5 cm in width) - shown in the photo - was used for this type of wrap.

Finding more than one system
The people who have the biggest problems are the ones who work on their feet all day long (deli counter assistants, hairdressers, shop assistants), musicians (who play wind instruments) and athletes.
These people usually use two or three different types of bandages. One for when they are resting and the other for when they are putting significant stress on the body, like playing an instrument or working on their feet.
There’s just one rule: hold the hernia in place in the most comfortable way possible.
So what you have to do is find a wrap that holds the hernia in the best way possible and then another wrap that is a bit more flexible and less invasive for “down” times. Switching between two systems gives the skin time to recover from its contact with the bandages.
